DaVinci Salon is a high end nail salon within The Hotel Grand Chancellor in Launceston Tasmania. Julia McLachlan returned to Tasmania 20 years ago after working in the United States for ‘Universal Studios’ as chief makeup artist and nail technician for all their A grade movies, actors and actresses. She is passionate about excellence, customer satisfaction and has a justified reputation as a perfectionist. Julia is competent in all styles of cosmetic tattooing, and also works with acrylic, shellac and SNS nail systems. All her work is guaranteed, and she is committed to her clients health and safety. Fully licensed and accredited, Julia only works with FDA approved acrylic systems (not MMA - a known carcinogen - which is commonly found within cheap salons throughout Australia).
